Billie can be summed up in a few words that almost all Americans will understand: a sexy version of Britney Spears. Unfortunately, Billie's first single doesn't exactly possess the quality that can grab the public like Spears's "...Baby One More Time" did. Aside from this dull start, "Honey To The B" features eleven other tracks of sweet teen-pop bliss.
For only 16 years old, this British sensation has already accomplished more than what most musicians do in their entire life, and Honey To The B is, at times, an excellent demonstration of her strength and unparalleled talent.
"I Dream," the album's highlight track, falls immediately subsequent to "Honey To The Bee." If one manages to stand the first track, they will be pleasantly surprised by the latter melodies. "Party on the Phone" and "Girlfriend" exemplify her teenage qualities, while on "Because We Want To," it sounds as if the Spice Girls decided to drop by the studio. While some variety never hurt anyone, Billie certainly has an undeniably beautiful voice and her teenage attitude will make her a forceful member of music's teen revolution.
