I'm so unbelievably sick and tired of people avoiding Christian rock because they don't necessarily "agree with the message." Honestly, I don't know too many Rammstein fans that sodomize their peers between classes. Maybe I'm just hanging out in all the wrong places. Nonetheless, Delirious' Mezzamorphis is a great record, regardless of its genre.

Lead singer Martin Smith's winsome voice, which very much resembles Thom Yorke's (of Radiohead), set to a soothing melody compile a sweet, captivating opener, titled "The Mezzanine Floor." "Follow" is a synthetic, reverie-inducing dittie that showcases the phantasmagorical aspects of Delirious' music, while "Bliss" packs a punch with it's bass-driven rock movement. Smith even sings that "Rock 'n roll is everything / everything to a lonely man."

Taken from a step back, on a completely non-analytical level, Mezzamorphis is still an absolute pleasure to listen to, and will send you spinning with its thoughtful hooks and melodies. Bravo, boys.
